THE XECUTE TEAM
The team at Xecute Business Solutions is focused on providing superior immigration investment solution services and building long-term working relationships with our clients. Aside from the lead consultant, Mr. Bernard Rojano, our full-time professional staff includes a Project Manager/Consultant that manages the workflow and helps our clients with project development; a Writer/Editor that performs detailed research, writes and edits our client business plans and other documents; an Account Coordinator that oversees all of the day-to-day administrative functions and acts as our client liaison; and two office administrative staff members that take care of all the details that keep our office running smoothly. We also have immigration attorneys, economists, CPAs and marketing professionals, as well as other professional consultants that we work with on an as-needed basis to fulfill the needs of our clients.

Mr. Bernard Rojano is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Xecute Business Plan Solutions. He has over 35 years of experience in management, planning, modeling, funding, economics & finance, mergers & acquisitions, and business development consulting.
Bernard earned his practical MBA working 18 years in management for a once privately owned Texas marine retailer with $30 million in annual revenue, where he was a stockholder and participated in growing the company into a publicly traded, billion-dollar company, MarineMax, the world’s largest marine retailer. He co-founded and served as COO of Endeavour Holdings, Inc. where he managed a $500 million+ real estate portfolio and over 250 employees. There, he formed a dynamic and integrated development company that focused on luxury high rises and marinas.
In 2008, Bernard founded Xecute Business Solutions, one of the oldest immigrant investment exclusive consulting firms. He is considered one of the top and most experienced consultants in the industry. Xecute has a long history of client satisfaction and success with EB-5, EB5 direct, L1 and E2 petitions to the USCIS and is endorsed by some of the most respected professionals in the industry. Bernard has provided expert opinion, project management, business plan writing, Regional Center (RC) operations and administration consulting, RC formation and transactions, and economic impact and job creation consulting to many satisfied clients. Xecute's clients include RC’s, law firms, developers, and investors. Bernard has also participated as an expert speaker and panelist at industry conferences both inside and outside of the United States on a regular basis.
